I have an idea…

Tully’s ‘StacheIt was recently brought to my attention that this month is “Mustache March”. I was unaware of this celebration that the month of March has bestowed upon us all. One of our good friends asked me if I was participating. Since I had not shaved in a few days I guess you could say that I was inadvertently growing a mustache. This got me thinking.I have now made it my mission to come up with more month-long celebrations. I invite you all to participate and let us know what your ideas are. Here are a couple of examples for you to ponder: Free Ballin’ February (a month long hiatus from the restrictions of underwear), Mohawk May (or Mullet May if you have a job that might frown upon you showing up to work with a mohawk), and Adolf April (this could be an O.T. frame for Mustache March where you shave your mustachioed lip to look like a Hitler…please be aware that I am, in no way whatsoever, condoning the actions of a tyrant and can not be held responsible if you get your face pounded in on this one.So go forth and bring to me more examples of things we could all do to make this year and every successive one a celebration of life.

More information on mustache march can be found at http://www.mustachemarch.com

My personal favorite, however, is Novembeard

If I was unintentionally participating in Mustache March, would you guys let me know?

okay…i am astonished, yet very “tickled,” if you will, that there is a website dedicated to this following we have come to Love known as Mustache March. I’m very pleased with the fact that there is “Novembeard” available for those who are able to participate. Hell, i’m thinking about grabbing a shaving profile and growing a beard myself! oh yes…if a male or female appears to be fashioning one of these follicular(is that a word?) pleasing ornaments, who am i to bring attention to it? It is but a celebration of lineage of the “Stache!”
